Areas

Based in Oakville.
Working across the GTA.

Most work is delivered remotely, which suits automation and data work well. When a job needs somebody in the room, we cover Halton and Peel.

Six areas · what the work looks like in each
01
Halton · home

Oakville

This is where the practice is based, so Oakville work is usually the closest and the most likely to involve somebody in the room. Most of it comes from professional services firms and mid-size manufacturers along the QEW corridor: a costing workbook that has drifted, a month-end report nobody trusts, or an estimating spreadsheet that has quietly become load-bearing.

02
Halton · logistics

Burlington

Burlington tends to produce warehousing and distribution work. The recurring problem there is the gap between what the warehouse system says and what the finance system believes, and the manual reconciliation that somebody does every week to paper over it. We also see a lot of small professional practices that want a site which actually generates enquiries.

03
Halton · trades

Milton

Milton is one of the fastest-growing communities in the country, and the work reflects it: trades, developers, and new-build operations that grew faster than their systems did. The typical job is a spreadsheet that was fine at three projects a year and is now being asked to carry thirty, or an estimating process that only one person can run.

04
Peel · distribution

Mississauga

The largest of the areas we cover. Mississauga gives us freight forwarding, third-party logistics, and a deep bench of mid-size manufacturers near the airport. The problems are larger and the data is messier: several systems that were never meant to talk to each other, and a reporting layer built on exports somebody assembles by hand.

05
Hamilton · industry

Hamilton

Hamilton is steel, heavy industry and the port, with a growing cluster of advanced manufacturing around it. The work here is often technical: engineering calculations that need to be consistent across a crew, unit rates built on assumptions nobody has written down, or a spreadsheet model that has become the de facto engineering standard.

06
Toronto · enterprise

Toronto

The largest market and the most competitive. Toronto work tends to be software-adjacent: an authorisation model that needs testing from the outside, an extraction run that has to survive a failure, or an agent that needs guardrails before it is allowed near a live system. Buyers here are usually more specific about what they want, which makes the work easier.

Outside these areas?

Remote work has no boundary. If the job is entirely on a screen, the location does not matter and we will say so. We would rather tell you that than pretend a boundary exists.
