Superintelligence Systems

Six things
we built and ran.

Not concepts, not mock-ups. Each of these was written, deployed and used, and four of them are live right now. Two of them are ours, which is the point, because we run our own business on the same systems we sell.

Command in Sync

Estimating, job setup and the admin around a build, in one place.

Small contractors run a project across four spreadsheets, a group chat and one person’s memory. This puts the estimate and the job in the same system so the number that was quoted is the number that gets built.

Web application · estimating · job and document records 1 system replacing four spreadsheets
Logging in a dead zone
Offline-first field logging

SyncCrew · WireField

Foremen log timecards, materials and photos where there is no signal.

Electrical crews work in basements, risers and shells with no bars on the phone. Anything that needs a connection gets abandoned by the second week. This writes locally and syncs when they are back in range, and it includes verified field calculators for cable tray fill, conduit fill and rolling offsets, plus print-ready stamped reports.

Artisan food brand

The Ghee Mama

thegheemama.com, small-batch, triple-filtered ghee from Ontario farms.

A food product needs a shop window that loads fast, reads well on a phone held in one hand, and ranks for what people actually type. Built as static HTML, so there is nothing to break and nothing to subscribe to.

Static HTML · local search foundations · no tracking scripts 100 percent static, nothing to go down
Agency site and an interactive

Ghee Mama Productions

gheemama.ca, the agency, plus a drivable three-dimensional GTA.

Anyone can put a paragraph about “the Greater Toronto Area” on a page. This one puts you in a car on the QEW and changes the municipality name every time you cross a real boundary, while the road stays identical. That is the argument, made as an experience rather than a claim.

Skin9 Studio

A boutique skin and scalp studio in Oakville, launching now.

Sarah had been without a website for two months and needed to open. Full discovery came first, her menu, her pricing policy, her deposit rules , and it changed the positioning: she is not a facial studio, she is an advanced skin and scalp studio running device-led treatments. That reframing drove the hero, the services taxonomy and the keywords. Scoped at $500, $75 a month, logo included at $750 bundled.

The Sync Suite

A field terminal and an office system for commercial construction, built to work where there is no signal.

The most expensive bottleneck on a commercial job is not labour or materials. It is that a foreman in a basement, a riser or an unpowered shell has no connection, so the day’s record gets written from memory on Friday and the numbers drift from the moment they are set down. This splits the problem in two: a high-contrast terminal for someone in PPE to log time, materials and photos with no signal at all, and an office system for the financial rollups and resource planning that need the whole picture. Both sit on one shared backend, so the field record and the office number are the same record.

Why we show our own.

An agency that does not use what it sells is telling you something. We run our own studio, our own brand and our own operations on these systems, so the first test case is us.

  • You get the source. What we build for you is handed over, not rented.
  • Nothing here is a demo. Every item on this page has been used in anger.
  • Live links on request. Two are private while a client launches; we will walk you through them.

Tell us the job that eats the most of your week.

Two weeks. Fixed price. If it does not give you the hours back, you do not pay the second half.
